The first session is a phone call — and it is FREE! You will schedule a call with me on Calendly. Set a time that is convenient with you and I will confirm the time and hop on the call with you.

This calls helps me understand what you’re struggling with and the type of coaching you need. 

In 30 mins, I will give you quick problem solving tips to implement as you prepare for the next sessions.

Next sessions

In our next sessions which will be determined by how many months you signed up for, we will on your areas of weaknesses and how to overcome them.

I will design a personalized tracker for you that will contain your goals, duration of achievement, how to achieve them, affirmations, and some notes to guide you through. 

We will also have weekly call sessions where we talk about what you achieved during the week, steps you have taken to achieve them, and how you’re working on your plans. By the end of the month, we do a review to see how much the coaching has helped you and what has changed since you started the coaching.
