Why is Love replacing God 2

   Earlier we discussed about God being Love and why we should know about this Great Love in the First part of  Why Is Love replacing God?

Let’s shed more light on God And Love.

Firstly, The origin  of Love, Love does not come first, God does. Without God = No Love.

And  John 3:16 shows  us…

For God so loved the world. God First; If God didn’t exist in the first place, there would be no one to Love the world.

The best way to show Love is to know and understand how God shows Love.

The characteristics of Love as shown in the book of 1 Corinthians 13

1 Corinthians 13:1-13 KJV

[1] Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not Love, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

[2] And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not Love, I am nothing.

[3] And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor , and though I give my body to be burned, and have not Love, it profiteth me nothing.

[4] Love suffereth long, and is kind; Love envieth not; Love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

[5] Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

[6] Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

[7] Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

[8] Love never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

[9] For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

[10] But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

[11] When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

[12] For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

[13] And now abideth faith, hope, Love, these three; but the greatest of these is Love.

Note: The King James Version describes Love as Charity, but for more understanding of this post, Charity has been replaced with Love. It is Not any different from what yours and my Bible says.

If you replace Love with God in each of the place where Love appears in the above scripture, you will get to know the characteristics of God and also know that there is no ounce of difference.

God as Love.

Hebrews 12:29 KJV
For our God is a consuming fire.

God is Love so His Love is like the fire that He is. When God Loves us, He Loves us like a burning fire, His Love is fiery and Fierce, His Love is consuming.

Revelation 1:8 KJV
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

There are lots of places in the Bible that God  was referred to as The Almighty, so is His Love for us. Our God is Mighty, So also His Love is as Mighty as Who He Is.

Do not confuse God and Love, do not separate them and do not misunderstand them. They are not two separate entities. But rather, Love is one of Who our God Is. And WITHOUT GOD, SANS GOD, LOVE DOES NOT EXIST.

John 3:16 KJV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
